I passed all my exams last week! I got 80% on the comprehension exam, and 84% on the grammar/word one (which means I got the glorious grade called.. pass. Lol, Sweden!). I haven't gotten my kanji exam back but I passed the course so I think I did fine.

On Thursday I'm going to have a two hour lesson with the Japanese ambassador, who will try to teach us the art of calligraphy. I'm scared I'll accidentically spill ink on his expensive clothes and as revenge I'll be denied entrance to Japan for all eternity.

I also have a Japanese history paper to write until the 16th. This is making me really happy. I get to write about Japanese history and then it'll be graded, yaaay! Yes, my sanity is probably gone. But the bishounen, yaoi, sects, painting of corpses' teeth etc. What's not to like?

This is Nyanko Sensei. After a while I realized I could have named her Grimmjow or Ggio Vega, but she isn't violent so maybe Nyanko Sensei will do. Anyways, she's been cheering me up since I got home today. We found her (or so we think) outside freezing and really hungry, so we let her in. She didn't have any collar and we think she's about 3 months old. Tomorrow I'm going to put up some flyers, but I hope we can keep her a bit longer. Sadly my mum is allergic to cats so we can't keep her. We had to give away our old cat because of mum (who refused to move out, what's up with that). If only I could move out and take Nyanko Sensei with me.

We then start a disagreement when we're decorating the livingroom. Yumichika then mysteriously 'disappears', while I'm sticking with the red and pink colourscheme.

Gaaah. Anyone to cheer me up? My dad's been in a lot of pain since he had his radiation treatment yesterday and has spent much of this day throwing up. Now he couldn't take it anymore so he and mum just left for the hospital. I'm pretending I'm not worried. This is exactly why I'm happy that I'll be in Gothenburg for a couple of days next week. I want to be alone in my worried emo-ness.

On the positive side, I'm making a Byakuya fanart but now I'm stuck with his stupid hair. And my back hurt so much I doubt I can get out of this chair, so I guess this is where I'll be until atleast mum gets back.

I have no idea of how long time it took me to draw this, I lost track of time. Probably more than it should have. But, in my exhausted state I'm pretty happy with it. And that's when I start seeing the errors. Those poor feathers!

I'm so annoyingly stressed at the moment. Which has given me a migraine and shoulderpain which have lasted for days now. See, it could be much worse. I'll manage to study like crazy and pass my exams. I just wish my constant headache didn't make me even more stupid and that I could handle stress without getting sick.

On the bright side, I have no more classes this week! Which is good, I need all the time I can get to study. Right now I'm making cards for all the 80 kanji we've learned so far. I've made 43 so far. Just knowing what they mean isn't too hard, but then the on-yomi and kun-yomi readings and stroke order (my new mortal enemy. Gkdfgkd I'm lefthanded, it's not fair D:).

This is pretty much my life at the moment. I'm going to try to work on catching up with my fandoms and flists when I'm done. Eventually. One glorious day!

I'm sorry about not catching up with you, I manage to be really busy most of the time. And then when I get back from school... I spend hours doing my homework. How are you all?

+ I somehow passed my Swedish Grammar Exam. I'm so surprised, because I really thought I'd take the make up exam.
+ I found a gray hair. I thought I'd still be somewhat young for a couple of more days but I was wrong. Why cruel world, why!

I managed to forget my hat again in school. I did realize it was gone after a while and managed to find it again. Maybe I should stop wearing it if this continues.

I went shopping with my mum last weekend (my brain) ( and this is what I got! )

We watched a clip from Genji Monogatari in history class today. I'm not sure why, but I found it really hilarious. I mean, it is Spinzaku right? We also listened to some Buddhist chanting which was hilarious as well. I might have been really sleepy.

Also, there's a party/get together for us Japanese studying folks and the Japanese exchange students tomorrow, so I'm going back to Gothenburg until Sunday since there's some activities on Saturday as well (concert and a film, lol?). Dammit, I want to harrass cute Japanese people and invite myself to their places in Japan! Ahahaha!

I'm at my grampa's again using my school's wireless! Gah, the paranoia! Anyways, I saw Ponyo (the Japanese version, really) today with part of my class. AAAAAAAAW! Adorable. So adorable. It kinda made me want to have children although I can settle with a goldfish. And now I'm feeling old and weird.

Ponyo's dad amused me, I also take it he's the one who named Ponyo Brunhilda. And then he moped because Ponyo had gotten a boyfriendo. I seriously didn't think there was anything cuter than fish!Ponyo but the humangirl!Ponyo somehow managed to be even cuter. Etc, etc, random aaawing.

1. I don't like cold food, I don't concider it a real meal.

Then I get sad when people actually believe me, so I tell them I'm lying and force them to listen to the lecture I'll be holding in the subject. In MMO's I just told them false information and laughed as it got them killed.

4. I usually listen to other people's conversations instead of whoever is speaking to me. I know a lot of random things about random people thanks to this. I just pick up other sounds than what I'm supposed to be listening to. ^^;

5. I'm so used with people not being able to pronouce my name, I don't bother to correct them anymore.

6. It usually takes me about 1-2 hours to fall asleep after I've gone to bed.

7. I hardly ever feel thirst, I usually realize I should drink something when my head has been hurting for a while. ...I always feel hunger though.

I've been in Gothenburg since Thursday, I have no idea of how my exam went, I guessed a lot. I did get 86% on my hiragana exam though. Yesterday I also went to Bokmässan 2009 (book trade fair?)... I did get my hands on Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei vol 3. Ahem. I think the theme this year was Spain though, but I also noticed the Twilight books everywhere. It kinda makes me want to cry. And there's books that use Smeyer's quotes about them as selling points. Lol what. I mean, does that even work?

I also read the latest chapters of Vampire Knight and xxxHolic. Zero will probably never develope and social skills and Watanuki is an idiot even though he dresses nicely these days. I'm taking it xxxHolic is going to continue after Tsubasa ends?

I am not prepared for my exam tomorrow. I've been studying everyday until late night this whole week and... I still don't understnad. I had Karin trying to explain this to me... I didn't get a thing. Damn you stupid brain (although I have now memorized and can read all katakana but I have trouble writing a few), it's not even trying to cooperate.

I'm not panicing as much as I usually do though, we somehow ended up with a picture of a bishonen in history class. I think it might have something to do with historical mangas. But oh, what a pretty bishie. Then my teacher explained the difference in aestethics in the western world and Japan. Oh, but the bishonen! Who cares about exams when you can stare at bishies!

I'm going to try to catch up with my flist in the weekend, I've just been so annoyingly busy.

I spoke with my niece today since it's her birthday. She's really different on the phone she's not bossy, it's hard to have a conversation with her because she's quiet a lot. She's adorable though, I asked her about her pressies and she only mentioned what I had sent. I wonder when kids learn about sarcasm.

My throat hurt and I couldn't speak when I woke up today. Ever since it's been feeling like someone has been stabbing me in the chest repeatedly but my head is trying to explode from the inside, it could be worse. I'm imagining how it will be with the swineflu!

But anyways, if I'm feeling better tomorrow I'll skip class to go to Denmark with my parents. My mum has to hand in an application for a job in a town near Copenhagen. If she gets it I'll get rid of her for so long and then dad as well when he's off to Alaska ahahaha! After that we'll just enjoy ourselves I guess.

I feel a bit bad about skipping class though (lol, the guilt is killing me and the classes aren't even obligatory even though they keep track of us) I actually think I like my class though. Mia-san who switched from group 1 to group 2 says that our group is much nicer. I ended up talking to a bunch of people today, who were all nice. I completely forgot to be sulky and emo! ^^

I have to go up at seven (compared to 10 if I decide to go to school) if I'm off to Denmark so I'm going to drug myself on painkillers and go to bed. Or cry myself to unconciousness because I've misplaced them! Nighty nighty!

I completely forgot that my dad's birthday is tomorrow, I've been busy worrying about what I should get for my niece's birthday on the 18th. Either something Hello Kitty-y, something pig-y or money. Since she just started school I could probably get her something schoolrelated. The only thing on her wishlist is money, but it seems kinda boring to send. Any ideas?

Anyways, Träslövs Trädgård had a special 'Garden Day' (...they only sell gardenstuff and trees anyways) today which my mum managed to drag me to. Maybe I should have become a garden designer instead. I did enjoy looking at the animals though, lol. I so want to buy one of the/all of the bunnies that were for sale.

Besides the hiragana exam I have tomorrow, I also have a 57 new word test I didn't know about. I'm not even sure if I got the right ones. I haven't been worried about the exam since I've only had trouble with one or two hiragana. That is... until I started to learn katakana. Now I'm just confused, yaay!

I was in the middle of drawing this (ahaha, now I don't have to draw those pesky feet!), when I finally could get online again. Those were some horrid 24 + hours. Appearently something somewhere was broken and they were sending some guys to fix it, which took over three hours. Not that I counted. But still. I also managed to install the wireless Internet, it was very frustrating since I couldn't connect anyways.

I'm way too sleepy and headachey to write that intro-thing or check my flist, I'll do it tomorrow. Nighty!

Internet stopped working yesterday.. and ofcourse it didn't work when I left for school earlier today. Gah, I was in the middle of harrassing people to befriend me in (on? eh?) that Bleach friending meme. ...which is why I'm at my grampa's place and desperately checking my mail. I was supposed to stay here a couple of days, but since I'm still sick I don't feel like attending any pool parties etc. It's great to have excuses to not show up somewhere.

I have finally managed to learn Hiragana (I have an exam on Monday), it makes me happy everytime I realize I can read it. Now we're supposed to learn Katakana until Thursday next week. But I'll manage, right? I know ri, ka, a, e and n but that's pretty much it. Why world, why!

I somehow manage to be really busy, which is a mystery. Point being that I haven't had time to go through my flist. So tell me what's been going on in your lives or just make something random up!

Anyways, I will now start to commute. I will probably cry when they tell me the price for a 1 month travel card. Unless I pass out biking to the station. I might take a look on what clubs I can join later today (there's some welcome thingy), it all depends on how brave I'm feeling.

Other than that I've started to watch Bakemonogatari. It's beautiful, weird, gorgeous, weird, pretty and strange.

Today I've spent 800 kr (it's about €80?) on course lit, 500 kr on manga and then 30 kr on a new pair of stockings. I still have more books to buy, but I don't think I need them yet. I can't find my Japanese dictionary though.

Anyways, I had two classes today. First we had Swedish grammar (I don't get a thing, lol. To be honest: I have only heard about half of these forms) and after lunch we had hiragana. I had forgotten how big classes at Gothenburg U are, when I took media here we were about 100 but we were about 20 in Svall. When we were preparing for a hiragana cardgame I failed to fold a paper accordingly. I'm supposed to be a package designer but..um, yes. The guy I was sitting next to had to pretend he had messed up his paper so he could get a new one and fold for me. Other than that I asked two people if I could look at their books, I feel very social.


Today has been very hot (yesterday was cold and rainy), a lot of people were sitting on the grass in front of Humanisten and there were naked kids playing in the fountain-stairs-thing. I figured this was the perfect place to go to uni when I played in that fountain thingy (almost 20 years ago *cry*), but clothed. Or so I'd like to think. Tomorrow I'm going to pay my kår-fee, if I can find the building ofcourse!

I have returned from Latvia. We were hoping Latvia would be kinda cheap, but the prices were pretty much the same as they are here. Which is probably because our currency fails violently. The plane was a small propeller one, but the journey only took about two hours. Riga is a lovely city, we stayed in Vecriga, the old parts of town (it's from the 13th century?) but we also visited the streets with art noveau (I still can't spell this) architecture. We also went to Jurmala, the #1 beach resort in Latvia. Sigulda, 50 km east of Riga, to look at castles. We also went to a frilufts museum, whatever that is called in English. My brain is a bit dizzy with fever, I don't know if it's random or if I've caught something (I usually get sick when I travel, ahem). But I will return with some pictures!

Anyways, it seems like I'll atleast start school, I'm not sure how long I'll be going though. My parents want me to quit when I find an internship. I will probably go to Gothenburg tomorrow, I'm meeting emmuli on Monday and then there's an introduction and a party in the evening? Class starts at 8.15 on Tuesday, I'm scared.

Right I am too lazy to go through my flist! How are you all?
